OverviewFor our Logistics Strategic Planning & Integration Department, we are looking for a Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist to join the Transport Operations Team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).Your ImpactThe Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist will support Worldwide Transport Management in sourcing activities for transportation services.In Particular, The Resource Will Be Responsible For
  • Manage relationships with Carriers/Transport Service Providers regarding contract maintenance and appendices, through business reviews and operational interactions.
  • Support and develop administrative processes (e.g., cost accounting process management and invoice control) and contract management across TMS and other company systems.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and financial agreements defined with Transport Service Providers, as well as with function objectives.
  • Analyze data, produce and distribute periodic or ad hoc reports on economic efficiency and effectiveness of Transport Service Provider services.
  • Support functional compliance within the transport area on Loss Prevention, Sustainability, and Business Continuity topics.
QualificationWho We Are Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in structured multinational organizations, preferably within luxury & fashion contexts
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • An excellent communicator, with acute attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
