  • Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the pool of qualified resources, employing targeted strategies to attract talent through diverse channels.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of professionals for required roles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the best professionals for each project. Present vetted candidates to the project management team or clients.
  • Manage costs ensuring alignment between project budgets and resource costs.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource-related issues, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience as Vendor Manager, or Resource Manager or Account Manager in the language industry with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • High analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.
  • Proficient in computer and web technologies.
  • Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results, and steadfastly goal-focused.
  • Strong ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.
