- Lead, manage and coordinate sales activities and efforts for all properties (currently 3), focusing on building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Proactively identify, solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business through client visits, referrals, networking, and industry events targeting a diverse global luxury clientele, including key markets, including North America, Continental Europe, UK, Latin America, and Asia.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, reporting directly and contributing to sales strategies, pricing, positioning, and promotional initiatives across the properties.
- Lead a team of collaborators, including task delegation, performance monitoring, training, motivation, and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and sales collaterals in response to RFPs and client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Represent the properties at high-profile trade shows, sales missions, and networking events globally, elevating brand visibility and attracting new business, ensuring alignment with CCO's, Revenue and Marketing leaders' vision.
- Oversee client data management and sales reporting to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the culture, values, and service philosophy of the properties with professionalism and passion.
- Travel extensively to meet clients, attend relevant industry events, and support operations by traveling between the properties.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with proven success in luxury leisure market leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of global luxury markets and experience managing diverse geographic client bases.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English, fluency in French and Italian is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker, with strong leadership abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
