
IT System Engineer - Validation & Onboarding Specialist

- Leading and executing validation activities, including the preparation of Test Plans and Test Reports, to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems
- Managing and coordinating onboarding activities for new external companies and services, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into our platform
- Acting as a primary point of contact for external companies during the onboarding process, addressing their queries and providing necessary support
- Facilitating engagement meetings with new partners and stakeholders to foster strong collaborative relationships
- Supporting the integration of new services into our platform, acting as a technical facilitator between external companies and internal development teams
- Supporting corrective and evolutive maintenance activities, assisting the follow-up of technical teams, performing troubleshooting, and solving problems handling technical analysis
- A Degree in Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Technical Sciences or equivalent is required
- 2/3 years of working experience in relevant aspects
- Working experience in software testing, with preparation of Test Plan and Test Report
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating System environment, and scripting
- Knowledge of code versioning and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab, etc..)
- Working experience with Programming languages (e.g. Python, etc.)
- Working experience in containerized applications (e.g. Docker)
- English Level B2 (Upper-Intermediate), written and spoken
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of containers orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
- Experience of System Engineering processes (e.g., ECSS standard)
- Working experience with Cloud infrastructure and pipeline deployment
- Capability of writing technical documentation (e.g., Procedures, Technical Notes, Interface Control Document, System Design Document)
- Knowledge of Earth Observation satellite data product formats
- Knowledge of Destination Earth (DestinE) programme
- Critical thinking and self-organization skills
