- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within high potential target markets and industries (chemical segment companies in the North of Italy).
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
- Acting as Product Specialist for specific solutions for chemical segment
- Work closely with product management teams to provide market feedback and support the development and launch of new products.
- Providing expert knowledge and support to colleagues and customers all over Italy, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, to ensure products meet market needs, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Acting as a bridge between the technical and commercial sides of the business to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering/Chemistry
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management and/or product management and/or business development in industrial/chemical environment
- Strong understanding of product management and market analysis
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Italian and English
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Based in Lombardia/Willing to travel regularly all along the North of Italy and in the rest of Italy when needed
