  • Implement the strategy for the assigned leafy vegetable crops in the designated territory
  • Act as the Product Marketing interface to the Territory Brand & Customer Manager
  • Is the recognized local authority on product & market knowledge for the Leafy crops
  • Drives the achievement of the commercial (sales & profit) ambition in close collaboration with the Commercial Units (CUs)
  • Leads the Territory Crop Platforms and the Campaign planning in collaboration with Customer Experience Specialist for the assigned crops.
  • Manages the interface amongst supply, marketing and sales
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIESCritical experience and knowledge
  • 5+ years of Vegetables Seeds business and/or marketing experience
  • Profound knowledge of the Vegetables Seeds market and customer needs
  • Good English language proficiency
