RINA is currently recruiting for a Management System Certification Lead Auditor to join its office in San Bonifacio, Verona within the Italy Certification Operations Division.MissionThe role focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships. #LI-GZ1Key AccountabilitiesDocument Review:
  • Check customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, records, and technical documents, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Audit Participation:
  • Participate in and conduct audits, which involves conducting interviews, taking comprehensive notes, and evaluating the implementation of management systems.
Audit Result Definition:
  • Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement).
Technical Review:
  • Carry out a technical review of audit files, providing insights and recommendations for certification decisions.
Skill Maintenance:
  • Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Data Management:
  • Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process.
Customer Focus:
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus by understanding and responding to customer requests and needs.
  • Strive for high customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and effectiveness of audit activities.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering GeneralQualificationsAt least two years' experience in the implementation, management or evaluation of Management Systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)Having gained experience in the implementation, management or evaluation of SA 8000 or UNI PDR 125 Management Systems and/or knowledge of specific ethical or social issues is a plusCompetencies
