Our firm is the Italian brench of a Global Tech Media Company with a worldwide footprint. In this context the CTO/Technology directorate is facing continuous transformation both at local and global level and has created the CTO Strategy, Governance & Assurance” (SG&A) team, directly reporting to the CTO EVP, with the primary objective to support the CTO organization and its domains to further improve value creation.In particular we are searching a CTO Strategic Senior Manager role with the objective to be the focal point for the definition of the Long Range Plan for CTO domains, acting in strict collaboration with CTO senior leaders, Finance and HR.What are we searching forThe Strategic Value Manager, in strict collaboration with the Finance, HR and CTO leaders, needs to:
  • Support CTO to define the strategic vision and define Long Range Plan
  • Desing strategic initiatives for tech transformation and cost optimization, creating robust business cases to support these ones as part of the Long Range Plan
  • Promote continuous improvement through benchmarking and KPIs, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation
  • Oversee cost analysis across all CTO domains (IT, Product, Content, Broadband and Infrastructure, Cybersecurity) and identify key drivers affecting financial and operational performance
  • Manage and influence key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
  • Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively convey strategic goals and progress to all relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Management Economics or similar
  • Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus;
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage conflicting interests
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning design skills
  • Adaptable, innovative thinker capable of responding to business changes with creative solutions
  • Collaborative and proactive, good team player with attitude to chance status quo
  • Technology Strategy consultancy background preferred, international experience a plus
  • Passion for innovation and technology
