- Act as the client’s representative across early-stage design, planning, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and internal client stakeholders
- Drive pre-construction activities, feasibility assessments, budget controls, and risk management
- Monitor programme milestones and ensure project planning aligns with client goals
- Manage reporting, governance, and approvals in line with corporate procedures
- Support tender processes, bid analysis, and contract execution for future construction phases
- 5+ years’ experience in client-side consultancy or project management environments
- Background in delivering major real estate, technology, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills – confident dealing with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Understanding of pre-construction, cost planning, and procurement
- Degree-qualified in construction, engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English (Italian a bonus)
- €80,000 – €90,000 base salary + Travel + Accommodation + €1,200 Net Living Allowance + (or flexible day rate for contractors)
