As Petcare Best Practice leader the Senior Manager handles all day-to-day servicing, contributes to revenue goals, and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts and is responsible to renew all contracts.The account manager is also part of the team serving one the top client supporting the team director and directly facing the client and accountable for the client’s overall satisfaction.Job Responsibilities
Enhance Circana’s connection with Petcare Clients, building strategic relationships based on value & trust.
Manage and implement Circana’s strategic & consultative approach to the client, driving business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs.
Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline, achieving commercial target on client portfolio.
Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client.
Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
Understand and communicate complex data in an easy-read format/presentation.
Bring the voice of the client inside Circana with the intention to always keep high quality standards
Act as an internal client for the sake of the client satisfaction
Requirements
Some experience as a consultant or account manager or category manager in either market research (consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated research) or trade marketing/ Consumer&Market insight functions in manufacturer CPG companies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using data.
Excellent presentation skills and understanding of the selling process.
Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary software/database applications.
Expert in all MS Office products- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Strong team player with open and curious/ open mindset
Flexible and problem solving approach
Fluent in English and Italian
Ideally you have knowledge of Unify+ Solution (internal use only)
