- Support business development and marketing research initiatives, with a focus on strategic event planning and market visibility:
- Conducting in-depth research to identify relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities within the financial industry, and supporting the structured planning and preparation for the company's participation, ensuring alignment with business development goals, brand positioning, and target audience engagement.
- Managing the company's LinkedIn page to monitor industry events, business opportunities, and overall market trends.
- Leading the planning and execution of TMF's 20th anniversary celebration, including the strategic selection of key clients to be invited, coordination of event logistics, and support in creating a memorable and brand-aligned experience that reflects the company's values and market presence.
- Cross-Selling & Collaboration:
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Western Europe (WE) market, leveraging existing client relationships and market insights.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales team and Service Delivery Managers to gather client contacts and facilitate cross-selling initiatives.
- Analyze client portfolios to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support the development of targeted sales strategies for cross-selling initiatives.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of pre-sales materials, including market analysis summaries, client profiles, and initial proposal outlines.
- Support the development of client-specific research to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations and reports for potential clients.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Research:
- Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the Italian market, aligning with the company's strategic growth objectives.
- Analyze current and historical financial data, market share, and competitive positioning of potential acquisition targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to assess the strategic fit and potential synergies of acquisition targets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential acquisition targets, including financial analysis, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update databases of potential clients, market information, and potential acquisition targets.
- Generate regular reports on market research findings, pre-sales activities, and M&A, technology, and cross-selling research.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to lead generation, market analysis, and M&A, technology, and cross-selling activity.
- Technology Analysis:
- Analyze the technology landscape of competitors and potential acquisition targets, identifying key technologies used and advertised (e.g., chatbots, AI-driven solutions, specialized software).
- Assess the technological advantages and disadvantages of competitors and potential acquisition targets.
- Research emerging technologies relevant to the company's industry and potential applications within the Italian market.
- Provide insights on how technology can enhance the company's offerings and support strategic growth initiatives.
