Unlocking the full potential of life!JOB PURPOSE:Supporting the Controller and CFO in financial analysis and reporting setup, as well as controlling the accuracy of accounting data and maintaining business data.Supporting different departments to monitor products budget and perform monthly reconciliations between G/L accounts and reportingCarrying on all monthly closure activities in SAP for the controlling part and conducting regular variances analyses vs. previous year, forecast, budget etc.assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and reviewing accounting information for accuracy.The role reports to Corporate Italy Finance Director and Finance Director Pharmaceuticals Italy – SPC BU.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Set up month-end reports starting from accruals and risks estimation on top of accounting in S/4Hana for all P&L items, checking employee costs, inventory depreciations, cost allocations, assets amortization, etc.
  • Building up a robust and detailed backup for budget and Forecasting
  • Tracking, reporting, analyzing and monitoring variances vs budget and vs Fcst
  • Support the controller to collect information from the business to properly include them in the monthly reporting
  • Support the controller to perform Sales analysis, including price/volume mix and COGs, keeping updated parameters for GP calculation
  • Monitoring OPEX trend
  • Support the preparation of Business Units and Products P&L
  • Check stock turnover coverage for control of risk depreciation
  • Corporate products analysis, splitted by susbsidiaries for view by BU's; intercompany and sharing costs reconciltiation for consolidate purposes.
  • Support in preparing the Financial Statements and related accomplishments
  • Influence accounting process discipline to actively seeking full leverage of Sap 4 hana functionalities

  • Dead-lines: monthly reporting, forecasting and budget
  • Accuracy in analytics
  • Availability of business information
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS:
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in accounting, commerce, economy
  • Background: 2/3 years of experience at the position of Junior Financial Controller in international companies
  • Teamwork aptitude and positive approach, proactivity and collaborative attitude oriented to achieve objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details, organizational skills, problem solving orientation
  • Very good knowledge of SAP 4/H and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Willing to learn, rigorous, goal oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and to balance various changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
  • Dynamic and consistent acting
  • Creative implementation of solutions simplifying and standardizing work
  • Familiarity with the specifics of the pharmaceutical market preferred
