- Achieve territory sales, growth, and product share targets for assigned brands, and support the development and implementation of diagnostic testing adoption
- Track performance through customer and business-related KPIs
- Map, identify, segment, and visit potential and actual customers for the product's treatment area, reinforcing sales process results by developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Continuously enriching customer understanding by capturing insights in the Sales Force CRM system, and leveraging technology, data, and insights
- Be digitally savvy: use digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and support data-driven decisions
- Execute multichannel customer interactions, tailoring information based on HCP needs and preferences to build trust-based, long-term relationships, applying global Patient Focused Interaction (PFI) standards
- Arrange 1:1 scientific meeting and deliver effective presentations to HCP groups, communicating promotional messages developed in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Stay up to date with clinical data, brand strategies and tactics, the competitive landscape, and standard tools
- Plan, orchestrate, and execute multi-channel customer engagements in defined territories aligned with national MCCP and district/account strategies
- Leverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience
- Contribute to the design, development, update, and implementation of tailored action plans for key customers in close collaboration with other internal functions (e.g., Marketing, Medical, Patient Access)
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet account needs, leading the territorial cross-functional team (without direct authority)
- Provide input and share customer feedback with the brand team to inform promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on competitor activities to ensure awareness of market dynamics and inform counter strategies
- Carry out all activities in compliance with local laws, company procedures, and the Farmindustria Code of Ethics
- Scientific Degree in biomedical sciences, chemical-pharmaceutical disciplines, or Scientific Information on Medicines; alternatively, documented experience as an ISF prior to 11/01/1993 (as per Legislative Decree no. 219 of 24 April 2006)
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing functions or as ISF with experience with hospital specialists
- Previous experience as KAM in Cardiorenal and Diabetes will be a plus
- Strong customer focus with the ability to anticipate needs and act with a business-oriented mindset
