- Design, implement, and optimize Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and Criteo;
- Use Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage and automate large-scale campaigns;
- Monitor KPIs, create in-depth reports, and provide strategic insights on performance, customer journey, and ROAS;
- Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies;
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance;
- Contribute to the development of strategies for new markets and international audiences;
- Build new synergies with internal and external teams and stakeholders;
- Bring innovation and propose new tools and/or innovative approaches.
- At least 6 years of experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns;
- Strong command of SA360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Programmatic Advertising;
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (a plus) or Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager;
- Background in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued;
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of working with large datasets;
- Fluent in English, native or advanced Italian.
