It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.As System Analyst, you will join our Department/Function SYDEM, Within the E&C Onshore Division, the Systems and Data Engineering Management Function, conducting the following activities:
- Manage SPF, schema editing, mapping, publish/retrieve, reporting, configuration, troubleshooting, and deploying SPF;
- Manage and create reporting options through the project lifecycle;
- Troubleshoot SQL database and SmartPlant Enterprise integration and software issues;
- Provide end user-support to project resources to troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise;
- Interface with all additional related software such as SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID), SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL), Smart 3D, Aveva Engineering, Aveva ERM, Aveva E3D;
- Custom authoring domains, workflows, concurrent engineering and SDV;
- Manage SPF API's using C#.NET, VB.NET or VBA\6 and the MS Office suite;
- Create and manage SPF/SDX User Accounts.
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: The ability to communicate effectively via spoken and written English is a required.
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Significant experience in EPC environment on at least two major capital projects for SPF administration (minimum 10 years). Previous experience in EPC Information Management. Proficient with SPF/SDx
Good understanding of FEED/EPC detail design deliverables for projects.
IT SKILLS: Experience in .NET Programming, ASP, C#, XML, SQL, SQL Server, Oracle Databases, SSRS Reporting tools, IIS.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and MSProject)
SOFT SKILLS: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated and self-directed with strong customer service and communication skills.
