Cloud SysOps Engineer (AWS|Azure, CCH Tagetik)Do you have experience in a Cloud SysOps? We would like to give you the chance to boost your career and learn more about SAAS solutions, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and Agile development practices.What are your responsibilities as Cloud SysOps Engineer?You will immediately get exposure to a variety of technologies, development teams, tools, and processes. As part of a Cloud Operations team, you will benefit from the collaboration with the other members, participating in the Cloud infrastructure management and evolution, the investigation and resolution of system and performance issues and proactive monitoring our production environment. You will be expected to cooperate with developers to the organization of dev/prod environments, environments variable and to improve design choices.Our core Cloud engineering department is based in Lucca where all the teams are working closely together in developing our products for our major industries such as banking, insurance, automotive and retail. We strongly believe in the Agile way of working that has really been embedded in our daily work. We leverage teamwork, self-organization and proactivity as the best solution comes from collective intelligence and collaborative decision making.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to develop, maintain, enhance, and extend our Cloud infrastructure.Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Cloud service issues working with Customer Support, other development teams, and Product Management.Contribute to recognize patterns of issues and potential root causes, and advocate for investigation and/or holistic fixes.Help manage emergency plans for the cloud service, implementing backup/restore systemsHelp manage disaster recovery solutions based on stakeholder requirementsHelp to maintain and improve the security posture and maturity of our organizationAutomate & optimize application availability, scalability, performance monitoring and alerting.Collaborate in examining operational activities and technology debt scenarios that would benefit from new ideas or automation.Help ensure the team continues to evolve and improve everything we do, and how we do it.Help ensure process repeatability, track/documents any change to infrastructure, assist customers during deployment/downtime activitiesWhat will you bring to CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer?
