This role is critical to managing independent retail accounts in the Orlando and Jacksonville areas and will play a key part in expanding our footprint in the state's most strategic market.✅ Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a key account list focused on independent off-premise accounts.
- Establish strong relationships with primary distributors.
- Conduct regular meetings with distributor managers and sales reps.
- Collaborate with counterparts in South Florida and Tampa to align execution.
- Represent the company in sales meetings and contribute to pricing, programming, and incentive planning.
- Work independently in the field while maintaining alignment with the broader state strategy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2-3+ years in off-premise sales, preferably in the Florida market.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with independent accounts and distributor operations and in a three-tier distribution system.
- Skills: Strong self-starter, highly motivated, competitive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Mindset: Passionate and eager to grow within a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Bonus: Existing relationships in the Florida off-premise market or with our distributor are a plus.
- Must have: a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and reside within the geographic target area.
