Join us and discover your potential.Role and ResponsibilitiesJob PurposeOperational support to Training team for training activities (planning, samples management), instore activation, events (off-line and online), channel loyalty programs (e.g product seeding) and translation/creation of training materials.Key Responsibilities:
- Support to translate and edit training materials received from HQ to adapt them to different audiences: operators sales personnel, open market sales personnel, samsung promoters, customers, B2B etc.
- Support to develop and create LOCAL training materials for different audiences and platforms (e.g Youtube, partners’ e-learning platforms, promoters etc.)
- Support to organize and monitoring Events, Product Launches, Roadshows and Conventions.
- Support to develop and manage channel programs for sales personnel (e.g device seeding)
- Data analysis, comparison vs previous activities, lesson learned
