- Generate and qualify leads
- Receive and work leads from European and Global Sales partners
- Source and develop client referrals
- Develop and maintain a customer pipeline using Salesforce
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Lead and deliver commercial proposal development working with a tender management team
- Negotiate and agree commercial terms with the client, and conclude legal contracts
- Contribute to strategic considerations for UPS Healthcare, identifying and sharing insight gained from clients and other market contacts

- Education: Bachelor or master, preferably in business or supply chain management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistic Industry, preferable in different roles
- Knowledge of Healthcare & Pharma Logistics
- Thorough knowledge of warehousing & distribution
- Proven Sales track record and appetite for new business acquisition
- Fluent Italian & English language speaking and writing proficiency
- Working skills in other languages beneficial
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to support development of products and services
- Broad management skills
- Sound commercial & financial understanding
