In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy.Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at Group level.Your Impact
- Partner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirement of the departments and ability to align them with company objectives.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations.
- Manage working relationships within teams and resolve disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure that employees grow and reach their full potential, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning.
- Onboard new candidates and collect necessary background information, as well as provide assistance and guidance to employees on work-related issues.
- Utilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices.
- Partner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans.
- Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Digital AI, and Mechatronics teams to support their unique organizational and talent needs, driving innovation through tailored people strategies.
- Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years' experience in a business partnering role.
- Previous experience in industries with complex organizational structures, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare, is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
