This opens up enormous potential for the easy and economical integration of machines and systems into modern industrial environments.Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic product.Job DescriptionRole mission: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, support the implementation of the HSE Management System, foster a strong safety culture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's HSE performance.Key Responsibilities:Support the RSPP in implementing and updating the Health, Safety & Environment Management System (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).Contribute to the preparation and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific risk assessments (noise, vibrations, manual handling, chemical risk, etc.).Conduct regular inspections in plants/offices/sites to monitor compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.Draft reports and analyses on incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions.Manage and deliver training and awareness sessions on health, safety, and environment.Cooperate with department managers and company functions to implement preventive and protective measures.Support environmental management activities (waste, emissions, environmental permits).Participate in internal and external HSE audits.Promote awareness initiatives and internal campaigns to strengthen the safety cultureQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, or related technical fields.1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial or multinational environments.Knowledge of HSE regulations (Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Law).Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Risk assessment and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English (both written and spoken).Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management software.Soft Skills:Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.Teamwork and ability to interact across all company levels.Proactivity and initiative.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.Additional InformationBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
