- Proven customer-facing experience (+ 3 years), with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid background (+ 3 years) in import/export operations, including customs and shipping documentation.
- Fluent English speaker, able to communicate confidently and build rapport with international clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a sense of urgency and ownership.
