Join our Open Innovation team at Barilla and play a key role in coordinating initiatives that drive creativity and collaboration across our global network. This internship, based in Parma, will give you hands-on experience in managing open innovation programs, fostering partnerships, and enhancing our innovation strategy.Job purposeSupport the coordination and execution of open innovation initiatives, helping ensure they align with the organization's goals.
Gather gather feedback and apply a design thinking mindset to improve collaboration and engagement in open innovation activities.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with different teams to support alignment across functions
  • Monitor external innovation trends and share relevant insights with the team
  • Help maintain relationships with internal and external partners
  • Assist in the scouting and evaluation of potential innovation opportunities
  • Support project teams in tracking progress and organizing key milestones
  • Contribute to the communication and promotion of project outcomes
In addition, a key responsibility will be supporting Goodfoodmakers, the company's global startup collaboration program launched in 2019. Sponsored at the Group Leadership Team level, the program drives innovation through partnerships with startups and innovation solvers from the world and contributes to cultural transformation and agile ways of working.Requirements
  • Technical/scientific background in Food, business & innovation management- management engineering
Multidisciplinary interest and attitude (startup- entrepreneur experience as a plus) * Professional English
