By joining one of KPMG's Accounting teams, you will work closely with leading companies, assisting them with an integrated compliance approach to administrative activities to translate the various legislative, regulatory and procedural requirements into accounting, tax and legal processes.Specifically, by joining the Milan team, you will be involved in Payroll/M&A activities, including:

In-depth analysis of the various topics related to employment law, as well as social security and tax;
Continuous monitoring of Italian and international regulations concerning contracts, social security and tax;
Support in the analysis of compensation and social security issues related to personnel involved in extraordinary corporate transactions;
Assist in the monthly payroll processing and in the management of annual and periodic compliance activities;
Contribute to the payroll delivery process (reporting, etc.).

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

a degree in business or legal subjects;
a strong track record in payroll and contributions, preferably in professional firms;
appropriate training and constant updates with respect to all labour laws and their correct application;
excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel;
flexibility, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
excellent knowledge of English.
