- In-depth analysis of the various topics related to employment law, as well as social security and tax;
- Continuous monitoring of Italian and international regulations concerning contracts, social security and tax;
- Support in the analysis of compensation and social security issues related to personnel involved in extraordinary corporate transactions;
- Assist in the monthly payroll processing and in the management of annual and periodic compliance activities;
- Contribute to the payroll delivery process (reporting, etc.).
- a degree in business or legal subjects;
- a strong track record in payroll and contributions, preferably in professional firms;
- appropriate training and constant updates with respect to all labour laws and their correct application;
- excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel;
- flexibility, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- excellent knowledge of English.
