Support on all HR activities and processes related to back office, recruiting and employe data management.

Recruiting process (job posting, screening CVs, phone interviews etc.)
Employee/organization data management (data warehouse update, org charts, job descriptions, etc.)
Onboarding process for internships and new hires
Collect HR information and documents for employees (recruiting, onboarding, change of contracts, etc.)
Prepare hiring contracts and letters for employees

Brief experience in a similar role is preferred
University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good knowledge of HR main processes
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Good relational skills
Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Attentive to details
