- Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, purchasing, supply chain, and/or logistics, with a significant focus on Capex projects;
- Solid Project Management background;
- Strong leadership skills in managing employees and building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
- Excellent results-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction, integrity, reliability, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP MM;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French is a plus;
- Willingness to travel for business both in Italy and abroad to visit subsidiaries and suppliers.
