The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.As part of the consulting team, our Business Analyst will:
  • Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
Skills and ExperienceTo qualify for the role you must have:
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a preference for brokerage insurance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
