teams toward excellence in digital marketing.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across search (Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing), social (Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin), and display platformsSolid knowledge of digital performance player and analytics tool (DV360, Google Analytics)Handle campaign processes end-to-end, including strategy development, media planning, ad setup, daily optimization, and performance reportingDevelop and manage impactful digital performance strategies to drive client successMonitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure measurable resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with client goalsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and performance insightsCooperate and share expertise with team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementStay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective solutions.RequirementsBachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields3-4 years of experience in digital performance campaign managementProficiency in search and social platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing), social (Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin) and display performance vendorsTracking and quality platforms knowledge (Analytics, Campaign Manager)Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance strategy and campaign managementStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsLeadership capabilities and experience in managing or mentoring teamsProactive mindset with a passion for delivering results and driving innovationFluency in English; additional languages are a plusLocation: RomeBrand: CaratTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
