- Be responsible for our reporting: Conduct the preparation of monthly financial statements, commenting on monthly reports and preparing analyses and interpretations of cost center and cost unit accounts. You will identify and analyze trends and deviations from the budget/forecast. You will give active support and further development of reporting, budget, and forecast processes.
- Prepare analysis & conduct controlling: Prepare ad-hoc analyses and KPI benchmarks. You will do liquidity planning and cash management. You offer support on operational controlling issues at our locations with on-site consulting to local accounting in our clinics.
- Improve Processes: This will focus on the integration of new subsidiaries. You will also improve the automation and digitalization of processes.
- A degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and skills in controlling and accounting.
- High IT and process affinity and very good Excel skills.
- Good Networking and analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working.
- A high degree of initiative, ability to work in a team and reliability.
- A high motivation to drive forward and implement further developments in our reporting
- Being a Teamplayer skills with good communication talent.
- German and English at least on level C1.
