- Lead the end-to-end development of assigned project, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, cost, and competitiveness targets.
- Guarantee the achievement of project timing, milestones, and budget objectives.
- Define technical specifications and system architectures, ensuring proper. integration of mechanics, electronics, and software.
- Supervise system and hardware design choices to ensure maximum product. reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
- Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the assigned project (R&D electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality).
- Oversee the creation, release, and maintenance of all technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports).
- Support industrialization phases, ensuring smooth product start-up and rapid issue resolution.
- Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and design methodologies.
- Coordinate root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address product performance, reliability, or quality issues.
- Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in mechatronic and/or electronic system design, development and industrialization.
- Experience of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge with PLM system (e.g., Windchill ) for managing product structures, engineering changes, and BOMs.
- Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/ electronic systems.
- Nice to have experience with DFMEA/PFMEA.
- Project management capabilities: planning, execution, risk management.
- Problem-solving mindset and structured analytical approach.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process.
- Knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Notion).
