Engineering excellence, delivered in real time - start as a Field Engineer We are looking for Firestop Specialists with a strong customer orientation, eager to start a rewarding and successful career path in an international company.What You'll do As a Firestop Specialist, you will work closely with our customers and support major projects, collaborating with fire protection designers, installers, and contractors to find the best solutions for each application.
-You will train key customer contacts, supporting them on various projects regarding the use, benefits, and value of Hilti products, ensuring that specifications meet project requirements.
-You will then transfer all necessary information to the sales team to best support commercial activities.
-You will work directly on our customers’ construction sites to evaluate project opportunities, providing consulting, solutions, and technical assistance related to the application of Hilti solutions.
-You will also have the chance to develop new business opportunities and develop local strategies in collaboration with our Product Manager and corporate teams.What You’ll Bring We are not just looking for titles or experiences: we want you, with your ideas, your energy and your unique way of contributing. You are the perfect fit if you have:

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture
+2 years of experience in design or construction
Expertise in fire protection systems
Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
Fluent in bot English and Italian
