Collaborate to Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the IoT devices, telecommunication, and platform monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Product Development:
Lead the development of the product components under TRN responsibilities
Refine product requirements, features, and specifications based on stakeholder demands and customer feedback withing the current architecture.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
When required, collaborate with external vendors and partners. Influence vendors and partners roadmap based on MSC strategy and needs.
Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
Technical Expertise:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to telecommunication, IoT and Reefer containers and translating this to the current solution.
Provide technical guidance to internal teams and ensure alignment with best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure quality assurance processes for the different components of the solution under TRN responsibilities.
Ensure security of the solution components developed in TRN in close collaboration with IT Security Dept.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure the reliability and performance of the IoT-enabled Reefer fleet.People management/Leadership:
Participate in proof of concepts when required.
Recruit, lead and manage a team of mid-to-senior team members like: Telecom engineer(s), software developers, (data) analysts, …Line management responsibilities will include technical recruitment, appraisals, 1:1 meeting, identifying training needs, motivating, and managing team performance.
With full Alignment with iReefer management team cascade SMART objectives and corresponding action plans
Supervise compliance with policy decisions and procedures.

5-6+ years’ experience with minimum 2-3 years leadership and management experience
Strong technical expertise in Communication protocol, Telecom Satellite /Cellular and IOT
Strong, consolidated experience in leading the development of complex products.
Experience in leading / managing in a multicultural and multilocation context a team using Agile methodology, with the ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and inspiring the team to deliver optimal results.
A degree in Telecommunication, Computer science, Software engineering or equivalent is an advantage.
Ability to think strategically, communicate clear direction and implement plans to be delivered within a fast-paced environment.
Fluency English (oral and written), Italian and/or French is an advantage.
