- Team Management: Training, managing, and evaluating housekeeping staff.
- Training & Development: Developing and implementing training programs.
- SOPs: Establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures for cleaning and maintenance.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitoring daily activities to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining cleanliness standards in all areas.
- Coordination: Collaborating with other departments.
- Inventory Management: Managing cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Guest Relations: Addressing guest complaints promptly.
- Reporting: Providing reports on KPIs and operational improvements.
- Extensive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Solid experience and knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards
