- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and internal data to craft strategies that drive sales and loyalty.
- Collaborate across creative and commercial teams to design integrated campaigns that blend rewards, brand activation, and measurable uplift.
- Transform marketing goals into action through loyalty, retention, and reward strategies that captivate and convert.
- Support pitches and tenders with compelling, insight-driven presentations that inspire confidence and action.
- 3–5 years in strategic planning, brand strategy, or loyalty marketing.
- A sharp eye for both qualitative and quantitative data—able to turn numbers and narratives into actionable insights.
- Experience crafting integrated strategies across digital and offline channels.
- A solid grasp of loyalty mechanics, from activation to redemption.
- Confidence in writing briefs, concepts, and client-facing presentations.
- Fluent English (we work with global clients and teams)

- A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, telco, or finance.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or AI tools.
