Junior Project Manager

• Supporting the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating renewable energy projects from early development to completion.
• Assisting in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Taking part in site visits and surveys to collect information about local conditions and suppliers.
• Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to review project documentation and client requirements.
• Helping prepare project budgets, reports, and progress documentation.
• Supporting procurement activities and contract preparation for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company QHSE standards.
• Contributing to the successful handover of projects to the internal O&M team.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
• Some previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
