- Seeking for new customers and managing active customers
- Collaborate with product managers to expand their knowledge of the market and the products used by their customers in terms of quantities, prices and competition
- Chemical/scientific education (degrees in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, etc.)
- Knowledge of specific industrial markets and raw materials
- Technical/commercial experience in the distribution of industrial and speciality chemicals (especially paints, varnishes and building materials in the industrial sector)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - Level (B2-C1)
- Considerable interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to guide the customer in the choice of the most suitable product
- Strong orientation towards achieving results
- Operational autonomy, excellent planning and organisational skills, ability to work by priority
- Entrepreneurship in managing one's own area
- Strong motivation, willingness to get involved, curiosity, enthusiasm, open-mind and ability to work in both a local and international context
