- 5 years of Professional knowledge (including Booking Note and B/L related regulations, forwarding and transport rules, sea terminal and depots regulations, at least basic knowledge of container technical specification).
- Proven experience in Shipping Container Industry in various positions.
- Experience in Customer Service Support.
- User knowledge of IT systems and applications (including AT, certain SAP modules and MS Office [Word, Excel, Outlook], Terminal web applications).
- Languages: English, Good (Must).
- Knowledge of internal procedures related to various disciplines handled within Multitask Department.
- Communication skills.
