- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive CRO strategies for WPP Media's clients, aligned with their business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of CRO specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output.
- Oversee the entire CRO process, from hypothesis generation and research (qualitative and quantitative) to A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization initiatives.
- Analyze complex data from various sources (web analytics, heatmaps, user recordings, surveys) to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Design and prioritize testing roadmaps, ensuring a continuous flow of impactful experiments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Media Planning, Data & Analytics, Creative, Tech) to integrate CRO insights into broader digital strategies.
- Present test results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, actionable, and compelling manner.
- Be up to date about the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new methodologies where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track and communicate CRO performance and ROI.
- Champion a data-driven and experimentation-led mindset within the agency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
- Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, leading to significant performance improvements.
- Deep expertise in CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Adobe Target) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital marketing channels, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric agency environment.
- Experience in the Media or Digital Marketing agency landscape is a strong plus.
- Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
