- Analyze customer requirements, tenders, and RFQs in the electric mobility domain
- Define the optimal technical solution (hardware, software, services) aligned with customer needs and internal portfolio
- Prepare complete technical proposals, including system architecture, single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical descriptions
- Contribute to commercial proposals in cooperation with Sales (costing assumptions, scope definition, exclusions)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, grid codes, and local regulations
- Experience with proposal tools, Excel-based costing, and technical documentation
- CAD tools and simulation tools are a plus
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
