Whether it’s team-building activities, company retreats, or personalized events, we aim to simplify the process, offering businesses a seamless, innovative solution to design and execute impactful experiences through our platform and your help.TasksResponsibilities:**Event Planning and Execution:**
  • Lead the organization of events from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous execution and thorough attention to detail.
  • Identify and select appropriate event venues, catering services, and experience providers to design exceptional events that align with our brand and objectives.
Local Partnerships:
  • Develop and maintain robust partnerships with local businesses and activity providers to enhance our events with distinctive experiences.
  • Negotiate and secure advantageous terms and discounts to optimize event budgets while ensuring high-quality standards.
Event Promotion:
  • Leverage social media platforms, email campaigns, and other channels to generate interest and boost participation in future events.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail to deliver unique and memorable event experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
