At Phononic Vibes, we design and manufacture advanced metamaterial solutions to solve acoustic and vibration challenges across multiple industries — from infrastructure to appliances to transportation.We’re growing fast and investing in our production capabilities. That’s why we’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our Manufacturing Unit — the core of our internal production.This is a key role reporting to our Head of Manufacturing, with a strong focus on operations, team leadership, and continuous improvement.What you’ll do:
  • Lead and coordinate all production activities within our Manufacturing Unit.
  • Ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met.
  • Optimize resources (people, materials, machines, budget, logistics) to improve performance and reduce waste.
  • Implement production plans and monitor KPIs — acting on deviations when needed.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive automation, layout redesign, and Lean initiatives (5S, TPM, etc.).
  • Help shape the future of our production, including potential site expansion.
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar).
  • 5–10+ years in manufacturing leadership roles, ideally in structured environments (e.g. automotive is a plus).
  • Solid experience in production planning and team management.
  • Deep knowledge of modern manufacturing practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and cost control.
  • A proactive leader with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
