  • follow the calculation of the budget tax fund and review them, calculate accounts and tax balances for the Parent Company and for the other Italian companies;
  • modify tax returns, VAT and Form 770; - constantly monitor the correct fulfillment of recurring tax obligations such as: monthly management of VAT, Single Certifications for self-employed income, Communications of Periodic VAT Liquidations, F24, Intrastat etc.;
  • manage VAT issues in relation to the active and passive invoicing cycle; - define and coordinate recurring and non-recurring tax payments in collaboration with the treasury office
  • constantly examine and evaluate newly issued tax legislation, defining its fiscal impacts and carrying out pre-analysis of tax critical issues regarding new activities attributed to the Italian companies of the Group;
  • support the HR and administration offices in the relevant activities relating to their area (forms 770 relating to employees and professionals)
ProfileYou have ideally 8/10 years of experience in the same role gained in large industrial companies (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector).You are accurate and able to work in a very dynamic context- keeping contacts with collegaues in different departments.At Recordati we believe in people!
