- Management of the assigned customer portfolio in order to achieve sales objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy.

- Development of sales within the relevant customer perimeter, for the purpose of achieving the main KPIs and company objectives
- Effective management of commercial relationships

- Management and maximization of assortment and promotional levers
- Constant monitoring of customer performances and definition of corrective actions if necessary
- Responsibility for managing second level local agreements.
- Previous professional experience of at least 6 years
- Degree in Economics or similar
- Strong work orientation towards objectives and ability to listen to the customer
- Negotiating skills
- Ability to find alternative and unconventional ways to achieve results
- Team spirit
- Advanced knowledge of the main IT tools and the Office package
- Analytical and proactive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- National and international mobility
- Knowledge of English
- Having also held roles within Trade/Customer marketing divisions in the past is a preferential qualification
- Maximum focus on achieving the quarterly/semi-annual/annual sales objectives assigned both at a personal and team level
