- Proven experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or packaging development, preferably within the luxury goods, cosmetics, or fragrance industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques in various industries
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Experience with supplier auditing and managing non-conformances and CAPA activities.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to work in teams and in collaboration with external partners
- Willing to travel frequently (80% of the time at supplier sites -North/Center Italy)
- Fluent in English
