- Be responsible for a dedicated Sales & Trade Marketing budget for the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts portfolio, allocating investments by market and identifying new business opportunities across key markets based on their business potential;
- Build and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the Revenue Director, and collaborate closely with the Reservation and Marketing teams on pricing, forecasting, segmentation, campaigns, partnerships, and digital sales initiatives;
- Maintain, activate, and expand a consolidated network of key luxury partners and consortia (Virtuoso, Internova Select, Signature, LHW, AMEX FH&Rβ¦) for the brand Baglioni Hotels & Resorts, with a strong focus on the U.S. market;
- Represent the brand at top-tier luxury level, in line with international benchmarks, in key global luxury travel events (e.g., LE Miami, ILTM, Signature Forum, Virtuoso Travel Week);
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities;
- Lead and supervise the Sales The Palace Company team, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance weekly, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic and commercial plans.
- Well-established network within the U.S. luxury travel market, with direct relationships with top advisors, bookers, leading agencies and proven experience managing key luxury consortia;
- Solid background working with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands with a deep understanding of the competitive luxury environment;
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven commercial initiatives, support openings and rebranding projects;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with strong digital sales capabilities and high organizational standards;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Director of Sales in the luxury hospitality industry.
