- Selling and promoting the Bio-Rad Life Science products to meet the sales goals for the assigned territory
- Developing and executing a business plan managing the territory in a structured, organized and compliant way
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities demonstrating a thorough understanding of selling skills, sales forecasting, and results monitoring
- Collaborating with other functions (Customer Service, Field Application Scientists, Service, etc.) to meet customer requests/deadlines.
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in the business area
- Customer facing experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in Italian & working level English
- Experience working in a laboratory environment plus ideally 2 years’ selling experience within a Life Science company
- Availability to travel: full driving license is essential as the roles requires extensive travel around assigned area and might include overnights in some occasions.
