Your aim is to survey and support the Services Companies on the Drilling Support Base to establish a robust QA-QC management system that aim at eliminating the NPT.Key Responsibilities:Defining yearly objectives with drilling manager and global orientation form OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Supporting operation team to perform audit of Rig Management system, including PMS, and track progress of audit planning and progress on corrective actions.Providing QAQC support to the D&W service contracts Technical Administrators to:Confirm that all equipment purchases adhere to procedure CR-OT-DW-350; review Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders (SOs) to verify alignment with the QAQC Management System.Supervise the receipt of goods from vendors, ensuring technical and quality inspections are conducted upon delivery.Carry out vendor and drilling contractor audits to evaluate compliance with contract terms, in cooperation with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Specify technical requirements for proper storage of DW equipment, based on recommendations from OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Apply, enforce, and regularly revise Service Quality Plans (SQPs) in line with API Q2 or similar standards, considering the criticality level of each service and in alignment with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Support and implement an API Q2 audit program across all service contracts, including planning and setting objectives.Organize service inspections at contractor facilities according to SQPs, ensuring inspections are witnessed by in-house inspectors or coordinated with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC when necessary.Prior to rig mobilization, implement a QAQC-controlled release process to certify that equipment is ready for use (issuing a Final Release Note), either from storage or contractor sites; incorporate a deviation approval mechanism under DM authority.Develop, maintain, and update the inspection reporting system (IQ-ALL) for all proprietary equipment handled at the operational base.Record all Non-Productive Time (NPT) events in IQ-ALL, evaluate and convert them into GRALs when applicable, and track follow-up actions using the action tracking system and GRALs module within IQ-ALL.Provide technical support in investigating equipment or service failures, utilizing tools like root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and Cause Tree Analysis.Host monthly performance review meetings with service contractors to monitor GRAL action progress.Verify that all contracted services are evaluated through the Service Scorecard and are part of the SQM (Service Quality Management) framework.Monitor the implementation of GRALs across all Drilling and Wells activities, ensuring continuous improvement.Provide QAQC and standards-related support to operations as needed.Participate in SQM reviews to contribute to performance evaluations of service providers.Collaborate with HQ on QAQC matters related to manufacturing standards and address any delivery concernsQualifications
  • Experience: 15+ years in Oil&Gas, including at least 10 years of QA/QC experience with a minimum of 8 years in Drilling activities
  • Skills & Attributes:
