- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a functional and orderly workspace
- Coordinate front desk and basic administrative activities
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications
- Support the flow of information between departments
- Welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors
- Manage relationships with suppliers (office supplies, services, catering, etc.)
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement processes
- Track deadlines, costs, and service quality
- Manage meeting rooms and shared areas
- Organize business trips, meetings, and company events
- Support internal logistics and office-related operations
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to different departments
- Respond proactively and efficiently to internal requests
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and organizational activities
- Degree or diploma (preferably in business, management, or related fields)
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and a problem‑solving mindset
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken
