- Management of Customer contracts: preparation of contracts or change requests, management of the approval process, analysis of opportunities to enhance the offer (prices, additional services, etc.)
- Management of Suppliers/Partners contracts: verification and submission of new orders, periodic renegotiation, generally on an annual basis, of the terms of supply (prices, payment terms, etc.), performance analysis and evaluation of more efficient alternatives.
- Management of Relationships with Third Parties, including periodic meetings
- Management of Relationships with Internal Departments, mainly Legal and Finance
- Preparation of Budget and Forecasts of revenues and costs for each line of business
- Monthly Monitoring of Revenues, Costs, and Investments for each line of business and analysis of deviations from the budget and forecasts
- Passive flow Management: creation of Purchase Requisitions, sending Purchase Orders and to suppliers, monitoring and verification of invoices received.
- Monthly check of active and passive payments, in collaboration with the finance department, and management of reminders.
- Periodic and ad hoc Reports for internal functions (mainly Finance and Market Data) and external parties (Suppliers/Customers)
o Solid knowledge of market logic and services provided in the stock exchange sector.
o Previous experience in contract management roles, with a particular focus on economic/technical aspects (e.g., economic evaluation of contracts, verification of SLAs).
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Strong commercial acumen.
o Excellent written and spoken English.
