- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Understanding of DevOps culture and practices
- Familiarity with Agile engineering techniques including TDD, BDD, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Good grasp of software design principles and patterns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
- Strong enthusiasm for Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to agile teams to boost performance, improve delivery cadence, and ensure high product quality.
- Guide teams in adopting DevOps principles and agile engineering methodologies by leading practices such as:
- Product backlog management: Help define and structure requirements from Epics and Features to User Stories and Tasks (including decomposition, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and testability).
- Forecasting & Planning: Coach teams on planning releases and sprint delivery through reliable estimation techniques.
- Engineering excellence: Promote agile testing approaches and support technical practices like requirement breakdown and quality-first development.
- DevOps transformation: Facilitate collaboration between agile teams and supporting functions, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort to enable frequent, reliable releases.
- Lead agile onboarding and training sessions for new joiners.
- Design and run workshops using interactive formats like serious games, liberating structures, and other experiential learning tools.
- Deliver tailored agile training programs based on specific team or project needs.
